Really enjoyed our stay! The girl at the reception (wearing a white button-up shirt) was incredibly polite and kind — such a warm welcome. Our room was also surprisingly spacious and comfortable. Great experience overall!

The hotel in general is definitely the best choice we made , the staff is so welcoming, professional, smiling, willing to assist with any issue and especially Christina which we have to mention for such good spirit and professionalism. The room was build with a lot of thinking and is so comfortable and quite in the middle of the city. A real jem

My first trip to Berlin and I was there to run the marathon. The main reasons I selected harry's home was because of the option to have a room with a kitchen, allowing me to cook for myself leading up to the race, and the start/finish lines of the race in the Tiergarten were walkable from the hotel. I am very glad I stumbled on harry's home through a Google search. The room was phenomenal! Very spacious, clean (floors were a little dusty, but a broom is available in the room), well-designed layout, and functional kitchen. I had a balcony that was lovely to enjoy in September! I didn't appreciate that Moabit was not near the more "touristy" areas of Berlin and was grateful to stay in a quiet and authentic neighbourhood. As a solo female traveller, I felt very welcomed and safe. The location had fantastic access to public transit but still very walkable to sightsee many areas! The staff at harry's were incredibly helpful, warm, friendly and engaging. ||||My only notes for improvement would be more options for the pillows and maybe offering a clothes drying rack. I didn't find the pillows comfortable for sleeping, but, of course, I never thought to ask if they had others options while I was there. There is a laundry on site with washers, dryers and an ironing board but I would have found it helpful to borrow a drying rack. I ended up using hangers on the balcony to dry my laundered clothes.||||I had booked through Expedia which was more economical for me than booking directly through the hotel, which is why I rated 'value' as 4/5. With the currency conversion for me, booking directly would have been prohibitive.||||I would definitely stay at harry's again as I hope to visit Berlin in future. Phenomenal trip and would absolutely recommend harry's home & apartments! Please expand the locations available as I would love to continue to support the brand! :)

Amazing stay! The room was spotless and comfortable, and the staff were truly incredible. I had accidentally booked the wrong dates, but the management was so accommodating and happily adjusted my reservation without any hassle. That level of service really made the experience stand out.

Harry's Room is well located, in easy short walk of U-Bahn and all forms of Berlin travel, then just a short journey (10 minutes) to centre. Restaurants and other facilities nearby. The hotel itself is clean and efficient with friendly staff.

I want to direct a special thanks to the guy working at the reception last night 7/8 (sorry I didn't get your name). I arrived late and tired with my motorbike and he made everything super easy with the check in and made me feel safe with parking my bike and settling with everything. My experience was excellent! The room was beautiful and spotless clean, the bed comfortable and the location really good. I'll definitely will come back & recommend this place 👌🏻

The hotel is right across from the shopping center. The breakfasts are very nicely prepared, no unnecessary waste and I enjoyed it a lot. The rooms are average, nothing fancy, but fine for 2 nights unfortunatelly the disinfection smelled unpleasant. Overall I was satisfied.

Great hotel in a convenient location right next to the U-Bahn. A tram takes you to the Hauptbahnhof in eight minutes and leaves every five minutes (or every ten at the weekend). Really nice breakfast, friendly staff and clean, modern rooms. I would definitely stay here again if the opportunity arose.
